What is your return/refund policy?

Mrs B knows that you are delighted with your order.  However if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition for a full product refund within 14 days once the goods have been received back (minus £3.99 postage for outward journey and return postage will be your responsibility).  Please include a note with your order number, full name and email address in the parcel.  Please keep proof of postage and tracking number until you have received your refund.  You will have 14 days from date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue.  Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.

Where do you stand on Animal Testing?

Mrs B loves all animals and would never wish to see any animal harmed in anyway whatsoever.  Mrs B's  is against animal testing so will only source ingredients and materials that are animal cruelty free.  We promise to never use products that are tested on animals or cause them distress in any way. 

How much is postage and what is your turnaround time?

All postage is with Royal Mail.

Free delivery when you spend £50.00 estimated at 3-5 working days from order date when you order by 1pm.

Standard delivery signed for £3.80 estimated at 2- 3 working days from order date when you order by 1pm.
